So hard to deal when your elderly parent has no idea
that just because they have power at their place via generator
that you cannot come over as usual.
Or go to the store because shelves are bare.
The roads are all closed off and bridges washed away
around them.
Father argues that cars are going by.
*sigh*
The only issue I had with mother was her shutting her lights off
and unplugging TV, using batteries before storm had started!
At least we didn't lose power.
