Father Called

I was confused about "fathers day" and my feelings were torn.
Just now he attempted to call but hung up, so I called him back.
He thanked me for a card that I didnt send but I let that go and had
a good conversation.
The home must be taking good care of him because he sounded great.
He mentioned that a visit from me wasn't going to happen,
but not in a trying to inflict guilt way.
Thanked me for the care I gave him and that he loved me.
Sister said he wont let anyone shave him, and wont shave himself
there so instead of being bald and clean shaven like he likes to be
he is shaggy and bearded.
