So, the VA van picked dad up but no one there knew why he was there!
They asked him who his Dr. is..He doesn't know, he's there because THEY
made the follow up appointment!
They had no info on me, my phone call or request to have foot looked at.
They took x-rays and sent him back.
This is the same hospital that sent him out untreated when he went in an
emergency after being thrown down & cracking his hip!

Now that is just scary, but not really surprising.. I always have to seek out who is IN CHARGE because no one else knows what the hell is going on. There is just no communication anymore. I have seen a PA send an E MAIL to the doctor who is IN the darn office with her instead of just talking to each other.. it's nuts!!
Bottom line, the Vets get no respect.Hope you get to the bottom of it. My Sister got fired because she reported abuse that she witnessed, in a nursing home.She was in social work there. They cover for each other.
