Aww:-) I have one of my mum at her last Christmas party, her good hand up and 'conducting' the music. I've been reading through, catching up on your blog. Soooo much that I read is so familiar, and makes me sad. Yes, some people should NOT be working at a care home for the elderly. Ugh!
