Mirrored

Always remember that your mood will be mirrored.
I have been sick lately and with this my patience has gone out
the window.
Of course this has lead to a cranky me and a cranky mother.
She has persisited in not eating her dinner because I will not
eat with her or sit there with her while she does.
 i am spent after our daily outing and want to go home.
Yesterday i was more sympathetic and patient and her responce was positive.
not even the fact that her hearing aids have really seemed to
disappear this time got me cranky, I just hugged her.
She ate her dinner.
 We had a great walk around the complex inside late yesterday,
watched the snow swirl through big windows and she got to
pick up some new magazines left by others.
I then took all of last years magazines out of her place
saying I had nothing to read......
and trotted them to the trash room after inspecting them
for hidden important items stashed within.
Unfortunately, the hearing aids
didn't magically show up today so I will be hunting
again, dodging the repeated questioning of what to look
for and what do they look like.
